Volunteers play a vital role in sustaining our non-profit, community-driven organization. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering as a coach, assistant coach, or team manager  for the upcoming season, please express your interest on the registration form when prompted. We understand that everyone has busy schedules, but to effectively field and manage each team, we require a minimum of 3-4 parent volunteers per team. Your careful consideration before responding to the registration questions for your player is greatly appreciated.

League Registration Fees
There is no increase from 2023 fees applied this year. Fundraising this season will help keep these costs down.
An additional $25 fundraising fee will be charged once per family. This will go towards a Fundraiser BBQ for which each family will receive 5 tickets to sell. If you are able to sell them, you will keep the $25. If you are unable to sell the tickets or choose to write your own name on the tickets, the $25 paid at registration will be applied.

Registration is not considered complete until the fees are sent by Electronic Funds Transfer/Interac Transfer to [email protected].  Be sure to include the name of the player(s) and age group(s) in the notes section

House League Fees are due at registration.

12U Rep A - $264 (+ $200 paid following acceptance onto the Team)
14U Rep A - $288 (+ $200 paid following acceptance onto the Team)
18U Rep A - $330 (+ $200 paid following acceptance onto the Team)
Rep\Select registration and League Registration Fee payment must be completed by Mar 31, 2024 or your child will be removed from the roster

Keep a copy of the funds transfer confirmation email on hand at the beginning of the season should it be requested as proof of payment prior to your player being permitted to participate.

Registration Fees include: Diamond fees, umpire fees, chalk, insurance, bond fees, baseballs, basic equipment, team catchers equipment, jerseys (additional for Rep/Select), and a team picture with an incorporated individual picture (picture dates will be announced once the uniforms have been distributed)  NOTE: Any league-provided equipment must be cleaned/sanitized between individual usages.  Catchers equipment, bats, T's, screens etc. should be wiped down after team use.


You will be responsible to purchase:  Grey Baseball Pants, Jock or Jill, Baseball Glove, Batting Helmet and Baseball Bat (Team bats will also be available)

Team Equalization: If/when there are multiple teams for a specific age group, there will be 1-2 equalization practices at which time the teams will be divided based on player skill level to ensure evenness between the teams as possible. For the equalization practices, players will be divided using a random number assignment (E.g., 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, etc.) and Executive members will remain with Coaches following each practice to support with player allocation. 

Diamonds: Mansfield Minor Baseball now has access to 5 diamonds (Great news for Mansfield!): Mansfield Home Diamond, Horning's Mills Diamond, Honeywood Diamond, Everett and Lisle. Please note that the older age groups require a pitching mound (15U and 18U; Mansfield Home Diamond and Lisle). Other age groups (8U and 9U) require the use of a pitching machine. Diamond allocation for teams is based on their need. To be able to accommodate all ages, all diamonds listed will be required throughout the season. We will continue to do our best to have the Mansfield Home Diamond equally divided among the teams as possible.
